Where is my order?

  • Check your order confirmation email for the expected delivery date
  • If you missed the carrier’s attempt at delivery, don’t worry, you can rearrange delivery for another date by calling the number shown on the card
  • If you still can’t find your order please contact us on 0800 599 9912 and ask for on line shop

I haven’t received all of my order

  • Check your confirmation e-mail to see if all items were ordered
  • Check the paperwork included in your parcel as items may be despatched separately and may not be delivered at the same time
  • Remove all packaging to confirm the item isn’t hidden
  • However if the item is definitely missing call us on 0800 599 9912 and ask for on line shop

Can I return the goods I have ordered and get a refund?

Subject to the Terms and Conditions under point 7 The Private Clinic does not hold a returns policy and will not refund any returned products.

How do I return an item?

Please follow these steps to only return damaged products as per the Terms and Conditions under point 7:

1. Please email us on to obtain a returns authorisation or call 0800 599 9912 and ask for on line shop. You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return.

2. Once you have received authorisation, please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that proof of authorisation (An email from The Private Clinic) is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

3. Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage).

4. We are unable to offer replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your re-order has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for re-order to be processed.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If in addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us.

Where do you deliver to?

Virtually all addresses within the UK.

Please note:

  • All delivery timescales are subject to availability
  • Your order may be delivered in separate parcels, or by separate carriers
  • We can’t deliver overseas or to PO Box and Channel Island addresses
  • A signature will be required

I can’t find the item I’m looking for?

When you’re searching for an item you may occasionally find that your search does not return any results. Please check your spelling or the wording as we may not recognise spaces etc.

However this could also be because we do not sell that item or brand, or because it is no longer available.


Some of our products contain ingredients which are not suitable for people who have Nuts & Seeds, Aspirin or Mushroom allergies, or are not suitable whilst pregnant or lactating. Any product this applies to will have a message noted next to it.
